What is YEP?

YEP is a not for profit networking organisation for young entrepreneurial professionals in the London property industry. We host regular events to provide a platform for our Members to interact, learn from one another and develop their skills and knowledge.  

YEP empowers young people to take control of their careers and network outside their existing company or sector. The forum aims to cultivate and sustain good relationships between companies and individuals working in the property industry.

Our Mission 

To be a facilitator for and engage with Members; to add value, deliver benefits and provide training opprtunities. 

Membership

It is free to become a YEP Member; we encourage those within the property industry to apply for Membership, which will then be approved by the Committee. If you share our values, are an enthusiastic participant in the Property world, and have up to 15 years experience, we welcome you to join our Membership.  A small booking fee is charged for most events in order to cover running costs. If you would like to become a Member, please sign up in the box to the right.
