From its conception in May 2002, YEP continues to provide a dynamic and exciting forum for young rising stars in all areas of the property industry to network, learn and exchange ideas.
Our mission is to be recognised as the number one forum for young entrepreneurs in the property and construction industries.
Invitees to YEP's events are individuals with ambition, innovative spirit and an excellent list of contacts!
We have 1200 members from a broad spectrum within the property industry which includes; Property Managers and Developers, Construction Companies, Surveyors, Architects, Lawyers, Accountants, Engineers, Contractors and other professionals in the property and construction industries.
YEP networking evenings take place every month. Each event features inspirational and entrepreneurial figures from the property industry and beyond. Some of our speakers have included; Liz Peace of British Property Federation, Manish Chande of Mountgrange, Sir Stuart Lipton, Marks Barfield Architects, Jonathan Porritt of Forum for the Future to name but a few. The Committee
YEP is managed by a steering committee of 12 people who all work in different areas of the property industry. YEP is a not for profit organisation and events are usually free.
