As a welcome back from the festive frolics, we would like to invite you to join us in welcoming 2012 - a year of opportunities...and the Olympics of course!

The Cellar Bar is a fantastic place to catch-up with the friends you made in 2011 and mingle with those you want to make in 2012.

The ticket price includes drinks and light bar snacks. Members can bring a guest if they wish but everyone must purchase a ticket in advance. Please note that places will only be reserved once payment has been received.

YEP is hosting its Annual Dinner for Christmas 2011

Taking place in The Courtroom of Browns Restaurant in Covent Garden, a panel of industry experts will be giving us their predictions for the market in 2012.  The evening will include a lively and interesting debate, great food and the opportunity to share a festive drink with contacts new and old!

Tickets are £40 and include a welcome drink, 2 course meal and half bottle of wine per person with dinner.

Following past successes, our Speed Networking event makes a welcome return to our schedule. Held at Gardiner & Theobald's offices in the West End, an evening of networking in a fun, non-pressured environment with refreshments awaits which allows you to meet fellow professionals and catch up with old contacts.

This year, we're celebrating our birthday with a barbecue.

Once again, YEP will be holding it's annual summer BBQ. This year we will be hosting this event at the fabulous Graphic bar, in Soho. Great food and cocktails will be flowing to celebrate the summer and an opportunity to meet with established and new YEP members.

Tickets are £15, and can be paid for via paypal, when you sign up for the event, or you can send a cheque. Your ticket will include two drinks and BBQ item (beef/ chicken burger, or a vegetarian skewer) with chips and salad.

If you thought that polo was the preserve of the super rich, or that only riders could attempt it, think again! Now is your chance to try out this exciting game as Young Entrepeneurs in Property and Women in Property are jointly hosting a 2 hour introductory session at Ascot Park Polo Club.

Even if you don’t know one end of a horse from the other Ascot Park has quiet schoolmaster ponies for you to learn to play polo on. This event is open to anyone who is willing to get up on a horse. During the 2-hour lesson you will cover the rules and tactics of the game, the four basic polo swings and polo riding using horses geared to your riding experience/inexperience.

This could be the perfect client entertaining event for clients you know to be horsey or just plain adventurous! After the lesson there will be a chance to network and discuss your polo playing prowess over drinks and nibbles. The event is open to men and women from the property industry.
